Can I keep both for a while?
Plenty of households do for a month or two. It is a fair way to check that the app agrees with your manual count before you switch completely.
What happens if my phone dies or is replaced?
If you signed in, your entire delivery history restores automatically on your new device. If you use it anonymously, it stays safely on that device.
Is taking a photo of my paper khata not enough?
A photo saves the image, but it cannot calculate rates, filter missing days, or produce a clean shareable statement for the delivery person.
